Zero Initial Costs! Recruiting Helicopter Sightseeing Locations

“Tourism for Disaster Preparedness” – Combining Tourism and Emergency Response

Relationship Between Sightseeing Flights and Disaster Preparedness
⚫︎Deep understanding of regional characteristics through flight operations
⚫︎Generating maintenance costs through tourism initiatives→This approach enables rapid and effective disaster response without placing a financial burden on local governments.

At TAKUMI ENTERPRISE, we are actively seeking new locations nationwide for helicopter sightseeing tours. As a company dedicated to disaster mitigation, we understand the challenges of maintaining helicopters, which play a vital role in emergency response efforts. Volunteer-based private disaster response activities have their limitations, leading us to develop 「 the “Tourism Disaster Preparedness Agreement.”
This initiative aims to use tourism revenue to support disaster preparedness and mitigation in participating regions. By collaborating with local governments, sightseeing flights contribute to helicopter maintenance without requiring financial support from local administrations. This ensures that helicopters can be deployed immediately in times of need. Regular training and meticulous annual maintenance are essential for helicopter operations.。
Sightseeing flights also help pilots become familiar with the areas they fly, including local features like power lines and wind patterns—critical knowledge during emergency responses.
We aim to build a society where local residents, who deeply love their communities, are well-prepared for emergencies, ensuring that everyone in the area, including visitors, can respond seamlessly when needed.
If your region is not yet part of this initiative, we encourage you to reach out. We will build a service with zero initial costs.

Active Events

Take to the Sky with Helicopters!
Enhance Sports and Events with Helicopter Support

Helicopter use extends beyond air taxis and sightseeing flights. We also support active sports and events, including:
Heli-Skiing and Snowboarding: Experience untouched mountain slopes only accessible by aircraft. Skydiving: A globally rare opportunity made possible with helicopter support.
In 2021, we partnered with survival game organizers to secure aviation authority permissions for airgun shooting competitions. These events received overwhelmingly positive feedback, and we plan to continue offering such innovative experiences.

Heli-Skiing

Heli-skiing offers access to pristine snow-covered mountains untouched by ski lifts, providing a unique and exhilarating outdoor experience. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, participants can relax at mountaintop cafes or enjoy wine on sunny days, surrounded by serene landscapes where only the sound of the wind can be heard.

Skydiving

While skydiving typically involves airplanes, Japan’s limited space restricts operational locations. Helicopter-assisted skydiving offers a unique alternative, rare even globally (with notable examples in Dubai). This exclusive experience attracts fans from around the world.<br> TAKUMI ENTERPRISE supports skydiving operations at locations such as Wakayama, Mie, and Skydive Fujioka in Tochigi Prefecture, collaborating with skydiving clubs across Japan.

Survival Games

Experience Realistic Combat Scenarios
In 2021, we launched experimental operations for survival games, securing aviation authority permissions for low-altitude flights and object drops under the category of “shooting competitions.” This innovative experience allows participants to immerse themselves in movie-like combat scenarios at an affordable price.
Survival game preparation aligns closely with disaster response training, combining entertainment with practical emergency response knowledge. Building on its success, we plan to expand this initiative into a full-fledged business that integrates fun and preparedness.
